A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposits apply to your total balance and are valid only if you cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before your slot.

Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposits.

Arrive on time — arrivals beyond 30 minutes may lose the slot.

Please arrive with clean, detangled hair unless your service includes washing.

Bring the wig, bundles, or hair you plan to install if not purchased from Lewa Studios.

Avoid heavy oils, gels, or leave-in products before installs or coloring.

If extra prep is required, additional charges may apply.

Important Information:
Wigs must be dropped off 3–5 days before your appointment, as services such as revamps and construction require this time for completion.
