Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be deducted from your final balance.
For wig installs, sew-ins, and other services, you can either bring your own hair or purchase directly from Lewa in advance. Please note: hair takes 5–7 working days to arrive, so ensure you pre-order in time as availability is limited.
We allow a 30-minute grace period for lateness; after that, your service may be shortened, cancelled, or charged a £10 late fee.
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking—after this time, deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, we provide consultations for colour, wig customisation, and new clients to help us understand your hair goals and recommend the best services.
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that only 1 friend/ child attends the appointment with you and remains seated in the waiting area. Babies under 2 are welcome.
